Crunchy, Chewey, Tasty White Bread

After many failures, I created bread with big holes, crunchy crust, chewy and tasty.

This time I followed Ken Forkish's recipe for overnight white bread. The result is fantastic.


Details

78% Hydration, 0.4 yeast, first rise overnight at the room temperature, cast iron duch oven.
